The strategy followed at Sankalit IT consultant is designed in ways to pinpoint every aspect of your project and is divided into five distinct phases, namely: Preliminary Concept, Scheme Design, Detail Design, Construction Management, Integration, and Operation.

Preliminary Concept

The initial phase of conceptualization, where the client expectations drafted, project details are discussed, and a rough skeleton of a preliminary design bases report constructed. Based on the details circumstances and understanding of this phase, the project progresses further.

Scheme Design

The project space allocation,  planning, MEP Load Allocation, and integration details are thoroughly discussed, followed by working in close liaison with the local authorities, client & various stakeholders.

Detail Design

The Design modules are set in the previous stage and solidifying the foundation of the project—documentation, including specification & Tender packages prepared in the detail design. Coordination with MEP/Architectural/Landscape system, Testing & Commissioning, Technical Specifications, and Bill of Quantities, Operation & Management, also undertaken during detail design.

Construction Management

The construction phase takes hold of all the approaches towards supervision, Quality adherence, testing, and commissioning. The project demands enhanced monitoring to assure that all the system components are on-par with the Local/International standards, Best Practices, and Vendor guidelines, operational requirements of the client.

Integration

Testing, Commissioning & Integration are certainly the most crucial stage of any project. World-class end-user experience with a user-friendly system can be achieved through close tandem system integration, ensuring the right balances.

Operation

Operation support takes the end-user team through the project’s Inaugural Support and Defects Liability. It safeguards the project from any defects that occur while in the contract period.
